His work in theological education reflects his interest in combining serious biblical and theological learning with leadership, management, ministry practice, and the realities of contemporary Christian service.
He has pursued a multidisciplinary academic path that brings together theology, ministry, management, business intelligence, communication, law, diplomacy, and security. He is currently pursuing an MPhil in Theology, with a concentration in Biblical Studies and New Testament Studies, at Central University. His postgraduate work reflects his continuing interest in biblical interpretation, New Testament studies, theological research, and the responsible application of Scripture in ministry and Christian education.
He is also pursuing a Master of Arts in Ministry, with a concentration in Pastoral Care and Counselling, at Trinity Theological Seminary, Legon, Accra. This programme strengthens his work in pastoral ministry, spiritual formation, Christian counselling, pastoral care, and ministry leadership.
In addition, Constant is pursuing MBA studies at the University of Gold Coast, Accra, with concentrations in Business Intelligence and Analytics, and Marketing and Communication. These areas of study support his interests in data-informed decision-making, organisational leadership, communication, strategy, institutional development, and the use of information for effective management.
Constant holds an ATHE Level 6 Extended Diploma in Theology and Management, with studies covering theology, biblical interpretation, Christian ministry, leadership, management, mission, and evangelism. He also holds an ATHE Level 6 Extended Diploma in Management, with studies that included leadership, management, human resource management, accounting, organisational practice, strategy, and marketing and communication.
He has also pursued the ATHE Level 6 Extended Diploma in International Law, Diplomacy and Security, with studies in public international law, international humanitarian law, human rights, diplomacy, international relations, peace and conflict studies, security, mediation, and conflict resolution. This academic background broadens his engagement with governance, global affairs, peacebuilding, law, and contemporary security issues.
His educational journey reflects a deliberate commitment to interdisciplinary learning. Rather than treating theology, leadership, management, technology, communication, and international affairs as isolated fields, he approaches them as areas that can inform one another. This perspective shapes his work in ministry, education, academic administration, leadership development, research, youth mentorship, and organisational growth.
As a theological educator, Constant teaches and develops learning materials in areas such as biblical studies, Christian doctrine, biblical theology, pastoral theology, practical theology, hermeneutics and biblical interpretation, homiletics, church leadership, Christian ministry, spiritual formation, missions and evangelism, church history, inductive Bible study, basic Greek for ministry, and pastoral formation.
He has a particular interest in biblical languages and their contribution to responsible interpretation of Scripture. His teaching in Basic Greek for Ministry seeks to introduce ministers and ministry students to the Greek New Testament in a practical and accessible way, helping them understand how language, grammar, vocabulary, context, and interpretation contribute to sound biblical teaching.
Beyond formal theological education, Constant has a strong passion for youth development and mentorship. He has served in campus ministry and works with students and young adults through teaching, discipleship, outreach, leadership development, and mentoring initiatives. His engagement with young people has helped shape his conviction that many young people possess considerable potential but often lack the information, exposure, guidance, mentoring, and support required to make wise decisions about their future. This conviction became one of the foundations of Know Better, Do Better.
As Founder and Visionary of Know Better, Do Better, Constant leads an initiative that brings together Christian learning, youth advocacy, student development, knowledge empowerment, mentorship, leadership, career awareness, digital literacy, critical thinking, and responsible decision-making.
His vision for Know Better, Do Better is to create opportunities for young people to learn beyond the classroom, ask meaningful questions, examine information carefully, discover new possibilities, receive guidance, and translate knowledge into better decisions and responsible action.
Through the Know Better, Do Better SHS Tour, he and his team engage students in senior high schools through conversations and learning activities around character, faith, education, career choices, relationships, peer pressure, leadership, purpose, study habits, digital behaviour, critical thinking, and personal development.
Constant is also involved in other youth, ministry, media, and outreach initiatives, including Mission Go Crew, Global Youth in Mission, Christ Vibe TV, Prayer Tribe, and other programmes focused on evangelism, discipleship, Christian formation, and youth engagement.
As an author and researcher, he writes on biblical studies, theology, Christian ministry, leadership, ethics, business intelligence, data governance, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and issues affecting contemporary society. His writing seeks to connect serious study with practical application and to make complex subjects understandable to wider audiences.
His academic and professional interests extend well beyond theology. His studies in business intelligence and analytics, marketing and communication, international law, diplomacy, security, leadership, and management have shaped a multidisciplinary outlook on the relationship between knowledge, institutions, leadership, technology, ethics, decision-making, and human development.
Constant believes that education should produce more than certificates. Knowledge should improve judgement, strengthen character, expand opportunities, deepen responsibility, and help people contribute meaningfully to society. His approach to ministry and education is therefore built around teaching, mentoring, exposure, research, disciplined learning, and practical application.
At the centre of his work is a simple conviction: people should be helped to understand what they believe, know why they believe it, think carefully about the choices before them, and put good knowledge into practice.
