Praying for our homes, parents and children
But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD.
Joshua 24:15
Father, today I lift up my family to You. You know every person in my home: their joys, their struggles and the things they do not say out loud. Be the foundation of our household.
Where there is tension, bring peace. Where there is hurt, bring healing and forgiveness. Where there is distance, draw us closer to You and to one another. Bless parents with wisdom and patience, and children with obedient and teachable hearts.
Protect our homes from division, fear and every form of harm. Provide for our needs. Let our families be places where love is shown, truth is spoken and Christ is honoured. As for me and my household, we will serve the Lord. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
